first layer inconsistencies , please help

Newbie 3d printer here. Just got the MK3S, recently. First few prints were great, then a few adhesions issues, which playing around with the live Z adjust helped get good first layers on next few prints, then adhesion issues it seems again tho not consistent. I was using this bed levelling print initially for my live Z adjust and it worked fine, then this is what it looks like now, and is the issue i am having with prints. There is a little corner somehwere that catches because iy gets slightly raised , like seen in the this bed levelling square test print. The layer adhesion os good, bit has the little areas where it catches and kind of lifts. What is the cause of this, and how to fix? had the printer a week only and had some good prints, so its  frustrating when things dont go right and i am too new to troubleshoot great. Slight update, so i did the bed level test again, about 15 minutes after the first, bad looking one, with no changes in settings or on the printer and had better results. Why the diff? Printing at .15 layer height, 215 nozzle temp, 60 bed temp

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
