First Layer Calibration fails after Upgrade MK3S with MMU

I own a MK3S for some weeks now and was successfully printing several parts.

After installing the MMU I have problems:

I calibrated X,X,Z axis already. Ater that, first layer calibration fails.

When starting, the filament is loaded; extruding is working.but there is no x,y-z movement. at the front left corner a big blob is produced. further in that situation a clicking sound is produced.

Any suggestions?

Looks to me like the IR sensor is not triggering when the filament gets to the extruder gears, resulting in the MMU2 pushing filament through the extruder.

Try recalibrating the IR sensor. Use the settings -> sensor status on the lcd to assist troubleshooting.

Good luck.
