First layer calibration extruder not moving
during the first layer calibration the extruder does not move but filament is coming out, the motors of the printer work, just when it is calibrating it doesn't move

For support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to support and live chat is at bottom right in most browsers. If not you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.
