First layer calibration

Hey! So i got my kit assembled and now im having some issues with the first layer, see links below

At a guess, I would suggest that your X motor toothed wheel is incorrectly fitted, and that the screw which faces the flat on the motor spindle is not firmly fastened against the middle of the flat on the shaft, additionally it looks like the second grub screw  holding the toothed wheel, is also a little loose too.

Be very careful with these grub screws as it is easy to break the hex key cups...

Use the short end of the key in the grub screws, so that you get greatest chance of success. 

the long end of the grub screw, usually has a ball end, which can damage grub screw cups.

Seems to have fixed the bloobing and some of the square, im doing a small print and we will see how it goes
