First layer cal. and Z Live offset not saving properly and/or not being applied when printing

I have an issue where after I successfully run Calibrate XYZ and First Layer Calibration while the Z live offset value is saved, when I subsequently attempt to print anything, that value is not applied.  This means that if my Z live Offset is -0.5mm, each time I print I have to increase the value by another -0.5mm, but while that new numerical value gets saved it is never actually applied to the Z axis applied.

For Example

First Layer Calibration run and adjustments made Z Live = -0.5mm

Start first print and nozzle is too high... adjust Z Live so now Z Live = -1.0mm.  Print finishes.

Start second print and nozzle is still too high... adjust Z Live so now Z Live = -1.5mm.  Print finishes.

Start third print and nozzle is too high... adjust Z Live so now Z Live = -2.0mm.  Print finishes.

Start forth print and nozzle is too high... adjust Z Live so now Z Live = -2.5mm.  Print finishes.

etc...

My SPINDA is secure (not moving during the print) and I've tried adjusting it up and down and re-calibrating.  That only changes the amount I need to adjust Z Live and still never is applied correctly when printing.

I've re-run though the calibration steps in the manual many times now, and it still hasn't been resolved.

Has anyone run into the issue before or know how to fix it?

That's odd.  I suggest you take this to Prusa support.
