Can some one help me to identify why it my first layer is inconsistent.

You can see that corners are fine but not in the middle

RE: First layer

Etlau,

The first thing to check is how flat is your heatbed.  Assuming that you are printing the "Life adjust Z - my way" test coupon in the center of the bed it appears that there is a low spot there.  Using a long straight edge (a steel ruler or similar) check from corner to corner, side-to-side and front to back.  A light behind the straight edge can help you see gaps.  If your bed is not flat you may be able to reduce the problem by loosening the 9 screws  holding the heatbed to the y-axis frame and then carefully re-tightening them following the sequence in the assembly manual.  Note that there is no significant load on these screws so they do not need to be tightened excessively.

If/once your heatbed is as flat as you can achieve make certain that 7x7 mesh bed levelling is enabled in the printer settings so that the firmware can build the best mesh "model" of the bed prior to printing.

Let us know how you get on.

Regards,

Steve

Yes, 0.03 mm is good. But from your picture I can see that your Z-level is to hight. I can also see that you need to clean the bed.
Do not use alcohol and certainly not acetone. Use only detergent and warm water, wipe with paper and leave no fingerprints on the bed.
