filament keeps jamming in PTFE tube extruder hotend

Hello,

i was checked forum for the same problem but dont found exactly my problem.

i tried to heat nozzle to 250 and then push a little bit filament inside, but it not help, after it i tried to heat nozzle to 295 temp. bu the same. From nozzle filament running out but put filament inside the hot end - i cant. So what i did - get out hot end by instruction and waiting for help because i dont found instruction how to put out PTFE tube from E3D https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/5.+E-axis+assembly/510?lang=en

And heating to 285°C and pushing filament wont help? NExt step is to use oven and heat all to 250 (or more )°C maybe use several oven cycles.

Your problem sounds like this one and this one. Before you go disassembling everything, read through the solutions there. The trick if filament is stuck below the extruder and above the hotend is to heat it up, remove the nozzle and poke your 1.5mm wrench up to push the filament up to where you can grab it out of the PTFE tube with pliers. The details are in the linked thread.
