Filament extrusion not consistent after Summer extruder update
Hi,
I printed Summer extruder update (R3) and tried to apply the update. Oh boy, if I knew all the problems that follows, I would stick to stock version. Current problem is that my Prusa does not extrudes consistently (as you can see in the image) . I tried everything mentioned in this video
But that didnt help. Then I found out that hole for filament is clogged with few pieces of filament that I missed. So I cleaned it up but that didnt help much.
Where is the problem? I am trying to solve this issue for few weeks now, and I am really frustrated.

Filament I use is Prusa's PLA (the one that is included into printer package).

It looks like your nozzle is not close enough to the bed. Your live z value needs to be a more negative number.

I dont think its z-height, because the square at the end of z height calibration looked good. (I will take picture as soon as I arrive home).

calibration square it's only a first point of overall calibration. Try "Z live adjust" while printing, try other places on print plate. is it hard to detach filament from plate, after you printed calibration lines/square?

Yeah, the sqare was tough to detach. I hade to scrape it with fingernail.

Live adjustment did not help. It looks like extrusion motion is not accurate enough.

Maybe when you reinserted the hotend during the R3 upgrade you bumped the PFTE tube collet and caused the tube to loosen. Caused me hours of fits after doing so before I figured it out.
