Filament doesn't feed, hits white tube in ext
I did get the gray filament past this issue and it's printing great, but as I fear the next load of filament will be an issue..???
Anyways, I built my MK3 over the last few days and it went fine, the startup wizard was fine as well until it tried to load the filament, it felt like the filament rollers were going backwards so I double and triple checked the wiring and all was good, I then decided to watch as it tried to auto-load and realized the issue, the PTF (?) tube on the hot-end catches the filament and doesn't allow it to feed into the tube, after playing around with it, I was able to get the grey (included) filament loaded and complete the testing and am now doing all the test prints. THEY ARE FANTASTIC!
But I fear the next time I try to load some filament I am going to have this issue, when I open the extruder via the swing open window I can see the white tube that is the top of the hot end has an indention in it, and that I assume is catching the filament...
Any thoughts? I might try to 'cut' the filament into a cone shape next time? I am good for now as it's loaded and working great, but next time I am sure it won't work, and my fear is the white plastic tube on top of the hot end will only get worse as it tries to 'push/load' filament?
Printing the castle now, so can't get a picture, but next time its done I will get one.

I’m having the exact same issue. When the filament feeds it “curves” out and does not hit the tube. Hopefully someone has an idea on this one, it’s driving me nuts 😯

Rp does your gear look like this by chance? If so support just clued me in. It’s backwards.

THat wasn't my issue, I just unloaded the grey and reloaded some green to get video/picture and it worked perfectly. I think it just needed to be used a bit maybe?
The gear is in the right way, it all seems fine to me now... will watch as I change filament next time, but for now I am going to mark this as <SOLVED> for now, not that I did anything to fix it, but it's all good.
