Fan nozzle comes loose after several hours

Hi al, I'm generally very happy with my Mk3 (my first 3D printer). I do have a couple of problems though.

After about 30 days printing time now, the fan nozzle (the orange piece under the extruder assembly with "HOT" on it) worked loose. It's only held on with a single screw and it then droops so low that it impacts the printed filament on the bed and fouls up the print.

I have gone back to the instructions, tightened up the screw and the two other screws on the fan too. It works for a few hours of prints, then goes loose again.

I though to remove it, but worry that it will impact the airflow over the nozzle. Any help gratefully received

Easiest would be to simply print a replacement.

I don’t think the fan nozzle is the problem, I think it’s the extruder cover. For whatever reason there’s no nut in there, so the nozzle screw is just into plastic.

The solution is the same; print a new one.
