Fails on the left/deep part of XY plane consistently

Hi all,
I've just build the MK3. I runned all diagnostics and calibrations, no problem (although the Z-axis tuning could be better as you will see). But no XYZ Calibration problem, Bed Level corrects runs without problem, etc.

I managed to print well the PRUSA logo (already on the SD card) as well as the Planetary gears. However, when I print the first PRUSA_dual_color big print, it *consistently* fails on the left/deep(far-away) part of the XY plane, close to the hardware board (opposite to the power supply).

I printed this part 4x at least, every time, I observe the same behavior. I tried cleaning with IPA 99%, I turned over the heatbed, I made sure nothing wobbles on the printer, re-checked that the gears of the extruder are just slightly tightened. I also re-ran multiple calibrations in between. I ran the first prints at 100%, and the 4th at 50% to be sure.

Zone where it fails:

Again, on 4th print at 50%

4th print, sorry for the potato quality, but the rest of the print is neat and tidy and adheres well, even in the corner of the heatbed (but not the left/deep corner)

Perhaps related? the first 5mm of the print always has a little "blob" slightly larger than the rest of the print. Also, the test line printed at the front of the printer does not have the same width all along, but has two distinct widths, with a visible change in the middle. Is that OK ?

Could it be that the pack of cables from the print head to the RAMBO board is too long/too rigid and "pushes back" when the print head is close to the board enclosure ? no idea

Thanks a lot for your suggestions !

If it's on the skirt (the perimeter lines around the print) as below (from the Prusa 3d Printing Handbook) I wouldn't worry. If it's on the first layer of the print itself, it may be a retraction issue between the skirt & print.

Yes, that is normal.

Y'know.... I'm getting a similar problem, but with Z-adjustment. I can get most of the first level fine, but an area left and rear of center always seems to print high/wispy. I've recently posted about it in the
life adjust Z - my way thread (Page 41). Prints seem to come out OK, but get a "washboard" effect (for lack of a term) on the bottom over that area.

Hmmm.... 😕

IPA 99% can be good between two prints, but in order for it to work, the bed must be completely free of greasy surfaces.
Do a basic cleaning of detergent and water, then I think the problem will disappear.

Bear MK3 with Bondtech extruder
