Failing XYZ calibration after getting printer second hand.

I can not get this thing to pass a single test other than the fans.  The X axis is reading at 203, with a belt tension of 257.   Upon doing the xyz calibration, it's running off the end of the hot plate and keeps going downwards in the spiral until it tries to run the extruder end back to the board.  The stats are showing wildly incorrect values.  So, obviously I've got either a software or wiring issue, because this is the second set of firmware I've used and done this test with showing the same value-  The skew being at 3670 degrees.  I know that can throw off the other calibrations, but what controls this, and how do I fix it???
Thanks in advance.

This is possibly a frame alignment issue.  Download the assembly manual and follow it for the frame assembly.  You won't have to disassembly everything, just loosen the particular screws that are associated with the alignment.  It is not hard to do.  It doesn't take much of a frame misalignment to give you an error.

The total skew is right the point should be at the start yes its probably a frame issue

Please help me out by downloading a model it's free and easy but really helps me out https://www.printables.com/@Hello_474427/models

After a few hours with tech support, we found the previous owner had installed an X axis drive gear that was about 50% too large, throwing off everything else.  Replace with the proper part, and everything is working as designed.

That would have been hard to find without tech support help.  Never would have thought of that myself.  Thank you for reporting this as it may help someone else.
