Failing when multiple objects

I've always seen videos about Prusa i3 mk3 printing multiple objects at once successfully but for some reason my mk3 tends to fail a lot when printing multiple objects at once in a print.

I have this item that I've first printed alone to test that it does it well:

But I have to print 30 of them and doing that one by one is quite unefficient, it takes around 45 minutes for one. The settings for it are the default 0.10 layer height from PrusaSlicer and a default PLA filament, with supports since there's something in the middle.

Well I've made myself the gcode files for 6 and 10 items at once, with the same settings than for the solo one. I tried the x6 one but it failed:

The nozzle isn't even clogged, I've just unloaded the filament (since the gears have turned on it), loaded it again and it's printing well again. I even have launched again the solo item print and it worked perfectly...

Anyone has an idea? Thanks!

Try running the nozzle temp up to 230 for PLA. You might also drop the print fan to 50%.

The parts and "jam" symptom sounds a lot like the well known heat break jamming issue.  If the filament changes look like this: a short stub (left ends in photo) that measure 2.2mm diameter, heat break is likely.

As an aside, you can look into printing multiple parts on the same sheet singular: part1, part2, part3 ... part 10.  Less waste when something goes wrong.  You just need to space them parts so the extruder has room to work.  It's all in the Plicer settings.

After making some further research, it seems the main issue was the extruder's gears not being tight enough. I'll keep your idea if I get any more issue like that but it now seems to work better. Thank you!

@desti

I seem to be having a similar issue to what you described.   How did you go about tightening the extruder gear?

Tighten the springs.
