Extruder not heating
The extruder will not heat up, This is even after replacing the extruder kit. Cannot get the extruder to heat up at all. I have run preheat and the bed heats up alright, but the extruder does nothing but stay at room temperature.
What may be the issue? Is it a bad board?

fuse may be blown on einsy, this would normally give a thermal runaway error
heater - connector circuit may be open circuit , this would normally give a thermal runaway error
einsy may be faulty,
thermistor may be faulty / disconnected, this would normally give a mintemp error
selector button may be faulty,

When I run the self test I get the following error
"Heater\Thermistor not connected." I have tried 3 different Thermistors and I get the same results from all three, they show room temperature. I have installed a brand new extruder kit and have the same results. I think it is the Rambo board itself
