Extruder idler sqeaking on MK3S

Hello,

This is my first post,
I've just received my 3 MK3S kits and assembled them.
I already have an MK3 working well, but after the wizard for the 3 MK3S everything was perfect and seems to be.
But after launching my first prints two on 3 are making an awfull noise coming from the extruder idler.
Here is a video were you can ear and see that the noise is comin from here:
It seems to have no impact on the print for the moment but it is really scary to ear that.
My third kit works perfectly and with no noise at all...
Assembled the three kits at the same time with exactly the same process.
And i am not sure that is not damaging something.
Can someone help me removing this scary and annoying noise?

Thanks

Make sure the pin in the middle of the idler is in both ears and hasn't come out of one of them making it sit at an angle.

Also verify the position of the gears is in line with the filament channels on the extruder housing.

Check for PTFE clearance. If the collet came loose during assembly you may see and hear some weirdness. Also, reset the set screws in the motor driven gear. Loosen both set screws, tighten the flat set screw first, then tighten the offset jam screw. While tightening the set screws, look for any wear on the plastic parts.

And as Vintage said: make sure the idler shaft is centered and not flexing.
