Extruder Calibration: Prusa

Printer Error During Print of Aim 9 Body 3
• At 30% SD, the Power Supply Unit (PSU) began to click
• The extruder began to stutter
• Filament began to extrude sporadically
• Print became open and lace-like in appearance
• Clicked “Pause Print”
• Unloaded and reloaded the filament
• Clicked “Resume Print”
• Print appeared ‘normal’ though ruined by this time
This is not uncommon or the first time this has happened. At least 25% of my prints are doing this.
My printer settings are as follows:
o Z= -.990
o X= -2.48
o Y= 0.75
o Left: 11.26
o Right: 11.43
o Skew: 0.03
o Belts: X=253 and Y=252
I have read the Extruder Calibration article and don’t fully understand the implications of changing the setting if your firmware and drivers are correct.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
