Error message : XYZ calibration failed. Bed calibration point was not found. Handbook trouble shooting too vague.
I started running the set-up wizard and keep getting the error message "XYZ calibration failed. Bed calibration point was not found." It says in the Printing Handbook that I need to make sure that the axes move freely. How should I do that? Also I checked my belt status and it says X 214 and Y 250. I read somewhere that it should be between 250 and 290. Could that be what is causing this error? So far it seems as though everything is assembled correctly. Please someone help me.

I have the same problem, I am solving for two days, I have tried all the solutions. What a strange coincidence.

A new printer?
3d printer without power, move the all axis by hand, see if they stick if you move, look at the back of the x axis, there are cables, that should not hit left or wright.
Check belts tension, do this by hand, and adjust.
Check belts, the pulley if this is loose, check the grub screw if it is sitting on the flat service.
Check belts wen you move left and wright, id belt is not hitting to the side of the plastic, possible pulley wrong way around.
Check all screws and bolts if something is loose on your printer.

So yesterday after posting this on the forum I did a live chat with customer support and they told me to loosen my x-axis belt because it was too tight. I'd like to point out that the link they sent to adjust the x belt says to take the back cover of the extruder off and take the belt out however because my belt only needed to be less tight I found loosening the diagonal screw above my x-axis motor seemed to do the trick. I did however follow the instructions up until the point where they said take out the belt, at which point I decided not to and put the back extruder cover back on and secured the x motor's two top screws again and then focused on adjusting the diagonal screw. After I did that and ran the calibration test again I didn't get that error message again. By the way customer service was still extremely helpful. I really recommend you get in touch with them via live chat.

Thank you for your response. It was my x-axis belt that was too tight.
