Error: axis length X

Belt test

Hi, I just assembled my first printer and now I’m am trouble shooting for a few hours. The error remains. Anyone has an idea?

Here a list of what I’ve noticed so far what might help you.

I started with a belt tension value of 230. I played around with it for a while. Now its at 250 but it think it felt about the same as when it was at 230.

When I move it by hand everything runs smoothly.
The only thing I can imagine to cause some problems right now is the Backplate of the extruder. It doesn’t fit 100%. If I turn the screws all the way in they make the extruder stuck in place.

I have no experience of that problem myself, I just forward what I've read on this forum.

1. Is belt aligned properly with pulley and idler?
2. Is grub screws on pulley tightened, and tightened in correct order
3. Does the belt come straight out from extruder
4. Does the extruder goes free all the way to left and right, it looks like calibration want at least 252mm in X-travel, and your extruder can't move that length.
On my printer the extruder fan screws is less than 1mm from left Z-leadscrew, to the right extruder is less than 1mm from X-end-idler

Hope you get it to run

Thanks for ur answer.

Was the clue for my Problem. The bearings were not all the way in the extruder so they blocked it from moving all the way left and right.
