E3D hotted power cable snapped
I was just holding the extruder assembly about to release the cables to mount the extruder to its mount when one of the power leads seemingly snapped free. Kind of heart breaking after the wait from Jan .29 to getting the printer last night. And it was all going so well.

Not that I can see, i cant even see the wire and the other lead is on the way. I’m not sure we’re I can get a replacement from Prusa or if i’m going to need to order one. It may be better to go with one direct from E3D but it needs assembling and doesn’t have the connection plug on the lead ends.
Re: E3D hotted power cable snapped
I read on this forum other people breaking the same cable for whatever reason and they got new ones from Prusa. Worth giving the online chat a try.
Good luck!

Thanks Joan for that lead, Good price but the shipping is a bit much. Found some in the states in a bundle for $9 as opposed to $23 for 1.
I reached out to their service via email. I can't say I didn't break it but I was pretty carful and when I touched it it simply snapped. Anyhow
