DIfferent layer heights

Hello guys!

I have a problem with my Prusa I3 MK3 and I don't how what the h*ll to do anymore regarding to this situation. So, I ordered my printer assembled from Prusa Research and everything was nice and perfect when I tried to print small things in the center of the bed. When I tried to print multiple instances of the same part, I found that in some places over the bed, some prints have suffered that warping effect. First time I thought the temperature of the bed is not uniformly distributed over the surface of the bed and I measured the temperature of the bed in 9 points using an infrared device and everything seems to be OK. After this, I decided to create an first layer CAD rectangle to see how the layers look like over the bed surface and this is the result:

Picture 1 -> first try
Picture 2 -> second try
Picture 3 -> third try and here I tried to do something with "Live adjust Z" and the distance between nozzle and bed was reduced by me. I also tried to use "Mesh bed leveling" but there is not difference...

Why is this happening? This printer is new. I just received the package one week ago.

do ready sliced models print ok?
what are you slicing with, what filament,
how are you changing the layer heights?
these (3 &1) look too high
does lowering live Z help?

1) yes, the problem is only when I try to print multiple instances around the bed because as you can see there is a problem with 1st layer
2) I use slic3r for slicing and PLA fillament from Fillamentum @ 215 Celsius for nozzle and 60 for bed
3) I am not changed layer heights
4) 3 is the latest test with a lower distance between nozzle and bed. I used Live Z for this.

I have to mention that I do not touched the printer during a print. So the problem is that regardless of the Z value, 1st layer print is not looking the same over the same bed... why ?

Hi Stefan,

there are options to adjust the edges of the buildplate

run this test piece,

let it run a couple of laps, and see what happens, then stop the print and move the extruder out of the way
if the print on say:
the left is stringy like Spaghetti. the, you need to adjust 'Bed Level Correct' in the configuration menu in the negative direction,
maybe the back is rippled, or rough surfaced, then adjust 'Bed Level Correct' in the configuration menu in the positive direction.
only make small changes at each try.
remove the last print, and re run the same file, see if the print improves
hopefully you can get all four edges printing well too.

once you have got the adjustments right, try a bigger print.
