Guys,
Got my mk3s, assembled it - and printed a few things.. all perfect.
In the meantime, moved to a new place, left the printer unused for almost 3 months, tried to print, didn't work. Turned out the nozzle was clogged, and the filament stuck in PTFE tube. So i took apart the extruder, ordered new nozzle.. all fine.. (I thought). Even managed to print the prusa pattern (ish as it was crazy thin, I mean hair type or thin) See yourself.. I wasn't sticking much either.. especially long lines..
Sooooo...
I ran the calibration, placed the paper on the sheet and... second later heard a noise you don't want to hear from the printer...
This is how the sheet looked after I stopped it
Did I kill it!! I mean it was seconds.. I was next to it, by the time I realised this is something wrong and stopped it. It would probably be continue scratching it, which is quite concerning as it was keep pushing without any intention to stop...

It is hard to tell. The jam was probably heat creep. If you printer in an enclosure and were you print PLA?

This is a good point. I always recalibrate and start from zero after a nozzle change.

Yes, I think I replaced it ok... Although turned out hotend was also clogged. So basically after not using prusa for 2-3 months..
- nozzle was clogged
- hotend was clogged
- filament was stuck in the tube
I've replaced the nozzle, cleaned the hotend with some thin pin, and removed the filament. Re-assembled all together and since... can't do anything. Just tried another calibration via the wizard and it's catching paper again.. this time I was sort of ready to stop it.
What do u guys recommend to do when with each calibration nozzle catches paper, well it wants to go thu it and properly scratch the heatbed.

It wasn't in the enclosure. I sat in the cold garage while I wasn't using it.
