de-grease and re-grease of linear bearings
Hi guys,
do you de-grease and re-grease the bearings that come with the kit or do you simply install them?

I lubricated mine without cleaning the rust protection out.
Stull running the soft rails that came with my mk1. Which has been upgraded to mk2 and subsequently mk2+mmu. I plan to use the same kit with my mk2.5 upgtade and mmuv2 when it arrives
Mk3. Also still has the original soft rails. Again lubricated on assembly.

I degreased... what they came with was a dirty, not-so-good lubricant. Then followed up with a high quality RC bearing oil. They run clean and quiet now- I wipe and re-lube about once per month.
