Curling on overhangs
Ok, I have now replaced my entire hotend but nothing really improved.
Anyway, what is the reason for the upward curling on this overhang. Is it just that I didn't use supports on this and I should have or do I have a temperature set to hot/to cold somewhere?

In your case, turning the component 90 degrees counterclockwise may change or improve the result due to the changed airflow of the fan.
Also you could try to reduce printing speed, nozzle temp and layer width. If it does not get better i would work with support.

I stopped it so I could see what the bed side looked like.
It seems to be somehow under extruding on the bed, pimpling here and there and the bridge was terrible.
I'm trying again with supports to see if anything is any better. If not, should I try the pretty pet profile with the slower speed settings in it?
