consistent tiny holes on one side of the print

So I printed 2 pieces of the same thing and both prints came out the same. One side of it was smooth and the other side had tiny holes. I initially thought it was wet filament so I poped the filament in the food dehydrator for a couple of hours and reprinted it. The second print had the same result. Help!!

RE: consistent tiny holes on one side of the print

Quite possibly your seam, where one layer ends and the next starts.  Depending on filament and calibration a seam can be either a bump (extra filament) up a small gap (missing filament).  You could re-slice and choose seam alignment as rear or aligned and see if the gaps then line up.

If it is the seam then you need to calibrate your filament and possibly your extruder settings to reduce the effect.  Look up on how to do that, there is lots of info online but I'd start with the filament settings first, making sure your filament diameter setting matches measured reality for that filament for example.

It could also be periodic under extrusion but I don't think that likely as that would be spread out all over.
