Not sticking. Bed looks clean. Try making z adjustment. Seems to be still to far from bed. Just in case make sure that bed is clean.

I’m assuming that you have your Pinda prove correctly adjusted using the zip tie method

yes i have, the z adjustment stucks to the bed no problem, problem is when printing, the carriage seems to be jumping when printing and the print not stucking

Have you tried to print the gcodes provided on the SD card?
Your first layer in the video IS to high. Live adjust Z until you can't barely see the plastic extruded. Then raise a little bit and see the difference.

Certainly looks like you are not low enough with live-z.

Try to lover that some more, more negative.

looks like a halfjammed extruder if thats a real thing
are you sure the extrudergear is tight enough?
try extruding by moving the e-axis by hand (in the menu "move axis") and try to pinch the filament
with your finger really hard afaik it should be able to overcome the resistance
i think the z-height is ok since the layer looks ok where it DID extrude but better pictures might help

That seems like a silly question... if your assembly is wrong, don't expect things to print properly.

its not that the assembly went wrong is that i can not screw that screw it always gets loose, maybe that part and problems in the print

No offence hugo, but if this screw gets loose, you did the assembly wrong! In this case nothing we can say will help you.
I would suggest you rebuild your extruder completely new. Take it apart and put it together. Make sure everything is EXACTLY by the guidelines.

No worries. This is how many of us are learning our loved 3d printer ....

Congrats 😀 during assembly i sometimes had the feeling something like that might happen to me too ...
