Can't get bond tech gear to push down onto shaft of extruder motor
Hi folks,
Anyone have any advice on how to get the bondtech gear to push down on the extruder motor shaft? I've been trying for an hour and I can get the gear to push down at all.

I don't understand what you mean. Could you post a picture of your problem or a reference to the documentation / assembly instruction of what you are trying to accomplish?

Thanks, it was solved. Turned out either the bondtech gear or the extrusion motor shaft weren’t machines quite right so the gear didn’t fit over the shaft. Getting replacements now.

I have the same problem with the gear not sliding in the shaft. The gear without the set screw slides in the shaft just fine, but the one with the set screw does not. I cannot continue with the assembly without this gear going on.

I had to hold on before completing the build until the replacement part arrived but it was shipped and arrived pretty quick.
