Using a 0.4 nozzle, is this the best quality possible or what I can change to make the lines looks smoother?

I think it was this file (see attachment). I downloaded it from the internet, I think I simply reduced the size.

No attachment, but you can paste in the link from where you downloaded it. Also, let me know how much you reduced the size, or what the final size it.

That seems like a good way to get me a file, but I will need an STL file.
As a general rule, never print someone elses gcode. You always want to do your own slicing.
