Calibration problem

Hi Just finished my i3 Mk3 build and have a problem running the first calibration test when the printer wants to test the x asis the extruder moves to the left until the end then the printer reboots too start of the wizard ive check tie raps and extruder back plate bolts and greased the shafts/bearing checked the belt tension and everything moves freely too both ends what's strange is that it reboots like power cut when it hits the left side

RE: Calibration problem

Sounds like a short.  You paid for supports.  I would contact support via Chat.

RE: Calibration problem

Check all the cables are properly plugged in at the Einsy end, if one is loose it may be being dragged into trouble as the cable bundle moves.

If no improvement, I agree with @cwbullet.

Cheerio,
