Black plastic collet
Hello ,
I have a problem since March , I discovered that the problem is related to PTFE Prusa , finally I realized that the problem is related to black plastic collet . When I pulled the collet out , it returned back inside the Hotend , so i stucked in a thin iron to prevent the collet from sliding again inside the Hotend .So what happens is the following: when i go ahead to print i found that it printed some layers and then stopped then i made unload & load filament : i had to force the filament inside the hotend to get out of the nozzle Then when i pressed printing : the same issue happened which is printing some layers and stopped again . What can I do ? Thanks .
RE: Black plastic collet
You can buy a new hotend or a replacement collet.

I'm still trying to figure out what collet your are talking about. Is it this collet?
You can install the locking pin to keep it from moving.
Together they look like this:

Make sure you do a high infill like 100%

The collet clip should fit any of the metal E3D-V6 hot ends. So yes, it should fit your Mk3S. If in doubt, purchase a new clip from E3D.
You can shop around to find them locally.
Here they are on E3D's site.

Here's the ones on Amazon (expensive).

yeah , I printed it and I inserted it under the plastic collet though part of it was broken during stucking it in because it is a little fragile .
I am doing calibration now , if does not print , i will buy it and the plastic black collet , thank you .

It will work. Just to clarify, which part broke - black or blue. I was 100 percent certain it was the black part before, but rereading, I am not so sure.

@eng-shaimaa-elsersy
Ok. I have had to replace both once. That is a Collet Clip.
