Bed Variance

I'm new to 3D printing, this is my first one. I've been having trouble printing some things (lithophane panels and spheres mostly) and not others, so I decided to go ahead and try to get the bed as level as I can. My question is, am I okay with this bed variance? Am I wasting my time chasing to make this better, because I've been at it now for a couple of hours.

The bed levelling pass is there to enable the printer to compensate for minor inaccuracies.  The recommended first layer for the default nozzle is 0.2mm, your errors are well under 10% of this.

What are the printing issues thet caused you to look into this?

And lithophanes are best printed with inkjet or laser on paper or transparency whilst spheres are easiest split at the hemisphere and glue together post printing.

Cheerio,

RE:

@diem is right.

To additionally answer your questions: Yes, you are more than ok, it does not get better than this. Yes, you are wasting your time.

If you have issues, bed variance is not the problem.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
