Bed uneven, calibration help needed

I got an MK3s about two weeks ago and everything was fine for the first few prints.  All of a sudden globs started appearing in the print and I traced it down to what I think was the bed being lower in places. Below is a print of the calibration, wondering if

1. Is this a calibration issue or something more serious? Why would it start after only 20 or so really good prints?

2. What values would you enter for the calibration points?

thanks so much!! I’m going nuts with this!

Sorry can’t edit the original post.

I’ve also run the regular calibration a few times, made sure there is nothing under the bed proping it up a little. I’ve also tried taking the bed off a few times and screwing the screws back in the specific order.

Are you using 7x7 mesh leveling?

It looks like a dirty print-sheet to me.
