Bed Leveling Failed
After 3 months of good printing, i had my first major issue today. I am not receiving a message reading the following after the second or third calibration point.
[Bed Leveling Failed]
[Sensor Didn't Trigger]
[. Debris on Nozzle?]
[Waiting for reset.]
I took the nozzle out and cleaned it, tested again and received the same message. Swapped with a brand new nozzle of the same size. same issue. referenced the 3d printing handbook and blog post on the site and nothing has worked.
Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
Of course it happens the a few hours after I left a good review stating how great the machine was and that i had not had any issues.
Thank you in advance for any help.
Stats:
529.18 M of filament
122 D 22 H 24 M of print time.
Re: Bed Leveling Failed
Strange issue...
Do you have the last firmware?
Re: Bed Leveling Failed
I last updated about a month ago, I do not currently have my cable with me to update again.
Re: Bed Leveling Failed
I’m not clear the error that you are seeing/having. If things worked well for 122 days of printing and, if I understood the problem, it cannot find some points during calibration then I’d check if Pinda cables are ok. Try moving the x axis all along the axis while putting something metallic under it to see if the red light goes off when you have the metal close to the Pinda probe.
Re: Bed Leveling Failed
I did a test on the pinda probe trhough the axis stops calibration. I took my brass calipers and placed then under the pinda probe and the input changed from 0 to 1.
Re: Bed Leveling Failed
I did get it fixed this evening. I reran the calibration wizard and it fixed it.
