Bed leveling calibration
I got my fist Prusa printer up and running about a week ago now, but I'm still struggling whit bed leveling. I have been printing A LOT of first layer prints and added corrections, but I always get uneven results. In my last experiment i tried to print the same .STL file multiple times and there is always something wrong with the print, but never in the same spot. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening, and what I can do to fix it?
Here is the .stl file if someone is interested: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rASdoJf_NW-J8gqc0Oiym6g09Q8iB7Wy

BTW: This is just a small selection of all the test prints that I have done. I had problems with all the squares at some point with the exact same settings.

Already tried that, and I'm using IPA before every print.
RE: Bed leveling calibration
are you using 7x7 mesh bed levelling (available through the LCD menu on the latest firmware)
it gives better results for me, than 3x3 mesh bed levelling...
your test file, is a 9 square test pattern, May I suggest that you don't use that initially... it can drive you nuts...
I believe it is better to try a simpler test pattern such as Jeff Jordan's 'Life Adjust Z My way'
there is a zipfile at the bottom of the first post in that thread, which contains 75mm square test files for PLA, PETG and ABS. try one of those first!
once you have live Z set using that file... then try your 9 square test pattern... the centre square should be fine... now note which of the outer squares are poorly printed, and use 'Bed Level Corretion' to adjust the Front, Back, Left and Right sides as required. if a corner is having problems, adjust the two adjacent sides... and hopefully you can get the reults that you are looking for, on all nine pads...
if you find the pads lifting and there are any smears on your build plate, you have a problem with adhesion... sometimes the cause can be unexpected.
for example if you us a cloth that has been washed with fabric conditioner, the IPA can cause traces of conditioner to be deposited on your build plate... causing havoc with your adhesion...
some folk class rubbing alcohol as IPA, and some rubbing alcohol contains additives that reduce adhesion...
if you decide to go down the Acetone route... you might be tempted to use acetone based nail varnish remover... some of these have scent, to make it smell nicer than raw acetone, and oil to reduce the chances of contact dermatitis, these additives cn have a serious negative effect on your PEI... If using Acetone, use pure acetone...

RE: Bed leveling calibration
Alcohol is useless as a cleaner unless you are using ounces (100 ml) at a time. But that's okay - keep trying hardware and software to fix your adhesion problem. Eventually you'll figure out that a dirty bed is a problem.
RE: Bed leveling calibration
Actually - this reminded me of the guys that recommend sanding the PEI and PC sheets when folk get frustrated with things not sticking. Maybe you will want to try that? One guy recommends 400 grit wet sanding. Sanding is not something I've ever needed to do, soap and water has always worked for me; and I feel pretty strongly sanding is something no one needs to do. But hey, you're running out of options, so thought I'd throw it out there.
