Bearings step 28 in e-axis assembly

Is this the correct part?
One of the bearing dont have metal element.

Contact support. Bad bearing. It is the right part to go in the Bondtech gear. You should have two of them.
Eshop -> Support. Have a picture ready to send them.

I have two bearing but:
First bearing have all metal elements
Second dont have one metal element

I need only one bearing,
Can support send me only this part not all?
