Bad alignment of PTFE tube to bondtech gears
I'm almost finished with the hot end build but the alignment between bondtech gears and the PTFE tube is bad, 1-2 mm off. It is impossible to push the filament into the PTFE tube unless I cut it in a 45° angle and twist the filament so it enters the tube with maximu assist from the 45° cut. The gear is properly aligned as far as I can see.
Is it possible to do any adjustments on the alignmet or is it a bad part from Prusa that causes this?
I will tear down the assembly tonight but I doubt I will find any way of adjusting this with starting to cut and drill in the assembly.

Review the assembly manual, step 10. Make sure you always read the user comments.
The Bondtech should be adjusted on the shaft until it is perfectly aligned with the PTFE tube.

It is not an axial offset of the gear that is the problem, it is a radial offset which is much harder to correct.
I have adjusted the gear so the filament is in the groove, but adjusting it for radial offset is not possible unless you start to modify the parts or?
I will tear down the assembly and see if something can be done.

Found the source of the problem I think.
There is some play in the motor mount and by pushing the mount in one direction and the motor in the other direction you can get the PTFE tube to align much better.
