Assembling Printer - problem with X-end motor/idler part

Hi,
Just got our i3 MK3S kit printer and two screw holes for the X-end motor/idler are bored too large for the screws. The two screws literally slide in and out and will not grip to tighten.
How can I get a replacement part and in the meantime, what can I use to make the screws stay tightened? I can fill in with some epoxy, but am concerned it will damage the plastic part.
See pics attached.
Thanks,
Wayne and Aliza

You're supposed to use some hex nuts on the other side of the hole to secure them. The screws there are not meant to grip into the plastic.

Hmm. The instructions tell us to put the black part in with the two screws. One side does it fine, but the other side has the holes that are too large.

Yes, you use the two screws, but you probably missed "Turn the X-axis upside down and insert nuts into traps on both X-ends." in Step 5. That is understandable because all the other "Prepare..." steps just list the parts you need.
