After MK3S MMU2S ugrade - fails to load filament at extruder

Filament will not load at the extruder. It gets jammed... either at the bondtec gears or at the transition from PTFE tube to the heat break. Everything worked fine before this upgrade. Also updated to the lastest firmware, no joy. Any ideas on how to fix this?
