1st MK3S "Prusa Badge" print job keeps failing several minutes into job?
My 11 year old son completed his MK3S kit today and all the self test and calibrations went smoothly. He tried 4 times to print the Prusa Badge file off the supplied smart card. Everything starts great, looks great as it build up, and then detaches a few minutes into the job. We tried slowing the first few layers down to 75% speed with the same result. We're bot complete novices so guidance would be very helpful. Thanks!

Let us see a picture of your first layer.
First clean bed with dish soap, this cleans better then alcohol.
