Infill, obwohl nicht gewünscht

Dear experts,

my first day with the Prusa is mixed. Which is not due to the Prusa.

Even with simple circles, the PrusaSlicer fills the object with an infill.

But as soon as I set the wall thickness of my cutter from 0.5mm using an offset in Freecad, I don't have this problem after slicing.

I don't want the 0.5mm wall thickness, but rather 0.2mm.

The Prusa Slicer doesn't like something.

As an illustration:

Thank you in advance

Many greetings

Hi Philipp,

you don't say what nozzle diameter you are using.

the standard nozzle is 0.4mm
typically when you print with a 0.4mm nozzle, you need to print a wider extrusion path to promote inter layer bonding. so your resultant minimum wall thickness is one perimeter at the chosen extrusion width.

above is a copy of the extrusion width table  for a 0.4mm nozzle, as you can see the Prusa Slicer Default External perimeter extrusion width is 0.45mm
if your design wall thickness is smaller than 0.45mm, the slicer will ignore it.
the smallest nozzle that Prusa provide profiles for, is 0.25mm, which is still wider than your desired o.2mm wall thickness. so I expect you will be unable to reliably achieve your desired wall thickness with the prusa Mk3 series printer.
can you re design your model to use a 0,45mm wall thickness? or is you change to a 0.25mm nozzle,  and use 0.25mm extrusion width.

regards Joan
