On some MK3 printers there seems to be an issue when flashing firmware 3.9.3, see the Github issue. This manifests as a slow reboot / a reboot loop, and a failed second part of the flashing process because of that.
Going back to 3.9.2 seems to be the only solution for now (and worked for all known cases so far). Resetting data back to factory default does not help (it seems), so you can skip this.
If you experience this, maybe add some details about your printer and your PC environment to that Github issue, to increase the chances of finding the root cause.

Hatte keine Probleme mit einen Firmware Update 3.9.2 auf 3.9.3
Druck soweit alles OK, Geräusche alles OK
PrusaSlicer macht einen guten Eindruck.
