PLA stuck & melted in the extruder, may it come from the heat of the extruder motor?
Hi. I recently got a "crash" with my MK3S+, she was running pretty well at the time, one day i'm printing an object, i came back the day after to the filament being stuck in within the idler.... the extraction didn't worked, so I opend the idler, trying to extract manualy the filament. it didn't work either. After dissambly the extruder further, it seem like the plastique (PRusament PLA 2kg) was stuck after the extruder motor, like melted (as you can see in the picture). I don't know from where this cam from, but i suspect the extruder motor to be to hot and warming the plastic, making it softer i more "squishable". Can any of you may help me? Can a solution to solve this problem be found?
