I can't tell if my Z-index is too high/too low/or my build plate is not level.

Hi everyone,

I have an i3 MK3S+, stock nozzle, Prusa Original Enclosure, printing on smooth steel sheet. On any one my first layers, the majority of the surface comes out really nice, but there are areas on each print that just look bad. I've played around with Z index and I can't get things calibrated. I stopped a print after the first layer and you can see light coming through but only on one section (picture included). Not sure if it's too close and scraping the bed? Maybe the bed isn't perfectly level? Based on what I'm seeing, can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong and how to fix this?

Cheers!

THANK YOU!

I'll run through this test and post my results!
