Hi all. Can someone tell me how this ripple effect occurs. 220 degree silk filament. THANKS

I think you've just reproduced the same underlying problem in another format ...

Your CAD software probably has a setting to make a finer mesh, it may be called a detail setting.

Or you can try arc welder, which can join several straight moves to one continuous arc. Arc welder can be used as an output plugin for slicers or as a plugin for Octoprint that processes the gcode file after upload.

I used Fusion 360. Where could I found "the detail setting" in Fusion? Thanks.

It is in the settings when you choose to export as mesh.

I solved my ripple problem by saving my file in STEP the problem disappear.  On the other hand, there are horizontal lines which appear. If someone has an idea. THANKS.
