How do you print three separate color from three different file?
I'm really new to color printing now and I'm trying to figure out how to print colors with single model with separated individual colors as for example: https://www.printables.com/model/569280-mk4-pg-case-fusion360-step-files - the files have separated group of parts of the model. I tried to "assemble" it on PrusaSlicer and I don't seems I was able to line up perfectly.
Is there a way to line it up perfectly or I'm doing it wrong?
Thank you.

In your CAD just create the parts, in place, leaving room for each other - and export them - you then have three seperate but related files.
Select all three in one go - import them all at the same time - on arrival slicer will ask if they are parts of the same object, yes they are - and they will be loaded together in place.
Attached is a sample .zip containing 3 STL files - if loaded as above it becomes a 3 colour print. If loaded individually they will fall to the print sheet and no longer work as a single print.
Cheerio,
I answered almost the same question earlier, see:
If you are attempting to print directly from a Mk3.n without MMU then these will be of interest.

Thank you and seems like I was too lazy to run search.
It's way over my head. Is there a detailed step by step instruction in Knowledge base or anywhere else?
What I'm using: MK3S+ with MMU3 and PrusaSlicer.

This is interesting... So, if I downloaded a multi-color from Printable.com onto Fusion 360 (this is what I have) and put pieces together and then save it as zip. And then extract it onto PrusaSlicer and voilà, its ready to print. Is it correct?
Secondly, I don't realize the thread I created is in MK3.9/how do I print forum... I thought I created it in MMU3 forum, how embarrassing! 😭 😰 🤣

Updated.
I just played with it and now I get it. Thank you, Diem, for that! 👍 👍
