Struggling To pass selftest after build

So the build went what I thought was surprisingly smooth minus a few forgotten part prints on my part. But when I do the self test on FW5.0 my Hotend fan test fails as well as my Z axis... tore down the stuff twice to double check things and still fails.  After some googling I saw someone mention the Alpha FW5.1.0 to fix the fan as it appears mines working? gets mid 6000RPM when its testing so I am unsure but was worth a shot... So I saw its now beta and went with that which Strangely fixed my Z axis failure but now it fails on Y axis... I feel like I am going nuts here I am about 7hrs into reteardowns and troubleshooting with no avil. I just flashed back FW5.0.0 and it is now back to the Hotend Fan Failure and Z axis failure but the Y axis passed on this firmware.

Any Help would be amazing as my printer has been down for over a year and I am feeling like it may just never happen 😭

RE: Struggling To pass selftest after build

I have the exact same problem. All my axis tests passed, but my hotend rpm failed. Support sent me a new 5.1.0 beta firmware which allowed my fan test to pass!! But now my Y axis fails?!? This worked before.

I gave up and went to bed. I'm going to chat with support tonight. They already mentioned I should "ensure my bearings are pushed to the centre". They are... and this passed before.
