Nextruder slips off??
Need help from you guys...
I've recently upgraded my mk3s+ to mk3s.9, and the first couple of prints were perfect. Then when I changed to PETG filament the nextruder rode "slipped off". Tried to push it back in but it's slipped off again!
What to do??
I'll try to upload a photo later on as I failed to do it with my phone

how tight you doing the knobs up should not slip down

You can see a gap between the upper thumbscrew and the heatsink. There is no gap on mine, so I do not think you have the thumbscrews fully in. Also, is it possible one of the hot-end wires is caught under the lower thumbscrew?
