Inconsistent first layer
Printing a set of details distributed across the bed.
The first one, that was in the center printed ok.
Using Sunlu petg with Prusament petg settings.
Realigned Z axis for several times.
Textured bed is new.
What should I check?

First give the print sheet a thorough clean - quick, easy and won't need undoing if it doesn't help.
