Help with MK3 bed level

anyone here running the nylock mod on their mk3s? i noticed my full bed prints showed left side of bed didn't have enough squish and checked my bed level using octo. For some reason, i can't get this to be at 0 baseline with the nylock. What I'm also having a hard time with is getting all points as close to 0 as possible without affecting any others. Lowest i got before this run was 0.014 and then slightly rotated the right middle and it threw off all other points again. When i adjust each time, do i adjust all points or just those that are too high/low unless pretty close to 0?

I just replace my y carriage and bed as i thought it was warped following my headaches getting this thing level just to be encountering the same with the new...pretty sure i'm not doing this right.

Also to note, i removed the nylock last night, replaced the spacers and had nowhere near a level bed as top left was way up. 

Both pics don't make sense to me with the values and depiction showing its above 0. 

Could this happen from unlevel frame? i assembled on level surface few years ago.
