Prusa MK2S - Advise on how to execute tramming process on MK2S

Hi

I have converted my printer to use a Duet 2 Ethernet board instead of the original board.

It uses RepRap firmware instead of Marlin.

I have been told my bed isn't parallel with all three axis on my printer.

I would like some advise on how I can rectify this

Here is the height map that was generated from a bed leveling session

On the mk2S you reset the left to right heights, by running the Z axis all of the way to the top, until the two ends of the X axis press against the Z axis top brackets and the Z axis steppers rattle as they lose steps,
Some times you have to reset the printer and do a second Z axis raise, to get enough steps to exceed the length of the Z axis

RE:

in order to fix a skewed bed on the MK2. you have to loosen one side of the frame rails, just one one leave the other side tight. these are the 2 large nuts that hold the big long thick threaded rods under the bed table. the way i used to do it was i would take a straight edge against the main frame of the machine and move the bed so that the grid marks on the bed lined up with the straight edge. adjusting the one side that was loose forward or backward so that the straight edge and the grid matched by eye.

tighten the nuts down and rerun the machine bed calibration. you might have to mess with it a few times, but i would usually get it close enough on the first shot that the machine would report the bed was parallel.

as far as the bed being level you would have to shim the bed from underneath but the later firmware allowed you to put in a fudge factor for the bed leveling.

keep in mind when you change the PEI sheet on the bed it will change the settings again.

really double check your frame first. make sure all the rods are sitting properly in there place make sure the main threaded rod to the frame is fully seated.

otherwise its a LOT of manual shimming or adding a fix to the firmware with the front LCD.
