Z calibration doesn't check 6/9 points

Hi everyone, Claudio from Italy.
I bought my Original Prusa a month ago, and after five successful prints, it started doing this during Z calibration:

Nothing were moved, nothing were modified since last print, I just removed the object and tried to start another print. PINDA height is correct (1 mm), XY are perpendicular, there's no height difference between left and right side. The PINDA led turns off if you manually move the sensor above the magnets, so I think they're not damaged.
It seems that is doesn't even try to find the points.
Any suggestion?

Thank you

Hmmm...

A few things to try.

1) Check PINDA height.
2) Do a full XYZ Calibration (make note of your Live Z before you do as XYZ will zero it.)
3) Re-do your Live Z cal

If that does not help, I would do a factory reset and re-upgrade the firmware.

Let us know if these steps help.

PINDA height is ok, triple checked
XYZ cal does the same as Z cal, refuses to check #2,6,8 points

I think I'll try a factory reset as you suggest.

Updates are coming

Ok, factory reset did nothing.
I tried G80 command, and the message at point #2 is "Error:Printer halted. kill() called! Bed leveling failed. Sensor disconnected or cable broken. Waiting for reset."
I think my PINDA is somehow gone 😥

Confirmed, PINDA is damaged. Does anyone know where I can buy a new one?
